Green Bay, you know how it goes — one day it’s birds chirping and sunshine, the next you’re scraping frost off your car.
Welcome to spring, Wisconsin-style.
This week, we’re getting the full tour: a little rain, a few snowflakes (don’t panic), some stubborn clouds, and then — finally — a sweet little warm-up just in time for the weekend.
Midweek’s Feeling a Bit… Meh
Wednesday and Thursday are giving us serious “coat or no coat?” energy.
We’re talking highs in the mid-40s, thick clouds overhead, and just enough chill in the air to make you regret leaving your gloves in the drawer.
By Wednesday evening, light rain starts sneaking in — and in some areas, especially north or a little inland, don’t be shocked if you see a snowflake or two. No blizzards, nothing that’ll stick — just the kind of snow that makes you sigh, roll your eyes, and wonder how April always manages to pull this off.
Thursday stays mostly cloudy, breezy, and chilly — with highs again in the low-to-mid 40s and overnight lows that could dip into the low 30s. Basically, it’s the kind of day where you keep your heat on in the car but pretend it’s still spring.
But Wait… Sunshine and 60s Are Coming!
By Friday, the vibe shifts.
Skies start to clear a bit, and we climb into the low 50s. Not quite patio weather, but definitely open-the-windows-a-crack weather.
Then, Saturday rolls in with the good stuff — sunshine, blue skies, and highs flirting with the upper 50s to near 60°F. It’s the kind of day that makes you want to take the long way home, or maybe dust off the grill.
If you’ve been itching to go for a walk without five layers or just need some Vitamin D in your life — the weekend’s your moment.
Quick Word of Caution: Midweek Can Still Get Slippery
Even though we’re not looking at anything major weather-wise midweek, the mix of rain and a few wet snowflakes could lead to some slick spots, especially in the early mornings or after sunset. So take it slow on the roads, keep your headlights on, and maybe refill that windshield washer fluid while you’re at it.
This Week’s Forecast Is a Layering Puzzle
Start the week in your parka, end it in a light hoodie. Maybe keep a snow brush in the car — just in case — and get your sunglasses ready for the weekend.
It’s classic Green Bay spring — weird, unpredictable, and kinda wonderful once the sun shows up.
